Aluminum canisters including “Grease”! - today’s eBay pick

ebay-1031.jpgHow could I not resist featuring these canisters including the all-important GREASE, featuring some sort of strainer! I do remember that when I was growing up, my grandma …we called her Lur Lur… saved all the grease from bacon and the like. Honestly, I don’t know what she used it for. Maybe she threw it out? Mom, can you inform us all on thigrease.jpgs please? Cool canister set!

    Throw bacon grease out NEVER. Great for frying potatoes, pork chops eggs etc. We used it in combination with other oils more like a seasoning.
