Formica brand reproduces their "Boomerang" pattern (originally called "Skylark", designed by Raymond Loewy), and one choice is in pink.  It comes in 4' x 8' sheets only, and is special order.  A local laminate dealer can probably order (and cut) it for you.  This was the case until recently, anyhow.
