Adorable dining set! My parents use to have a similar suite when I was growing up but it was shades of grey - comfy as though and easy to clean too :-)

I haven't bought anything from him yet, but I check out this seller every week. I was just admiring this set earlier today! I really like the green chairs with the complimentary fabrics. Unfortunately, I'm waiting for the big score on a certain Heywood Wakefield dining set. I'm cheap and want to get it for the right price. I got two Encore dressers--the tall Mr and the low double Mrs with mirror, plus an Encore tambour buffet with a perfect glassed display case top, all for $600 earlier this year from Craigslist. Very nice man clearing out his parents' retirement house sold it to us. He knew he could sell to a dealer--in fact, he had sold his parents other pieces (including a dining set!) to a dealer a year before--and get a lot more money, but he decided he wanted to sell to people who would love and use the furniture. Nice, regular people, not rich Brooklyn hedge-fund types. That's us, and I do love my HW. They're in fabulous condition, and I think about the young couple who bought them new and the woman who kept such good care of them at times.
