Retractable lighting - Where can I find sockets with a SWITCH?

Hi Pam,
I noticed one of your “harmless obsessions” is retractable kitchen lights. I recently purchased one on ebay - and unfortunately it had all be cut apart at the wires. I am trying to locate a part for this fixture and I have hit a wall. We need to the piece that has the three sockets and the switch. We can’t put just a 3 socket in - we need the switch because that is the only way to turn on our kitchen fixture! I know you get tons of questions all the time - but I was just wondering if you have a resource for vinatage lamp parts!
Thanks for any help you can give.

Thanks, Christa. But I don’t know the answer to this. Readers…? L.A. Greg, god of vintage Moe???

Hi Christa,
Just where are the wires cut? Those switches are still available new at the box stores and could be wired to work with your existing sockets if they’re in good shape. Finding a tri-socket assembly that can be switched individually (as the original is) will be much tougher…
thanks! i am definitly going to have to check that out as an option!
