		<description>The selling price was $747,950 which was maybe $2,000 off the asking price.  And it closed in only 23 days (that means an offer came in almost immediately).  I agree that this has to be one of my favorite all time houses too.  Can't get over the aqua counters and orange teapot - perfect!  Anyway, thought you'd like to know (I'm a Wash. state Realtor and I looked it up - had me curious too!)</description>

Reminds me of the house across the street before it was
(gasp) updated.
That is the trend here as the original owners move on. 
I remember at our closing the realtor told the  owner that we were not going to make any changes to the house cause we loved it as it was. 
(The realtor told us we needed our head examined)</description>
