Spokane Chris does retro recon on a one-owner, time capsule house for sale in his neighborhood

Sorry to bombard you with yet another e-mail, but I have attached some photos of a home for sale in my neighborhood. I really thought you’d get a kick out of this beautiful 1955 ‘time capsule’…especially the bathroom - not the usual pink I’m used to seeing in 50s baths, but still pretty darn cool! I love the little built-in next to the fireplace, too!

I like to check out open houses as much as possible, and I got these from a beautiful color flyer they were handing out. The best part about the whole thing is the price. They have it listed for $219,000! I believe I read that it only had one owner, as well. Pretty neat, I think!
