I have dreaming about re-doing my kitchen and thinking of all the little thing I could do to it. I want the stainless steel edging and all!! I love the idea of combining the butcher block. I currently have one that is built in on one corner and it is very nice to have this as a permanent fixture. Also – I love the above idea … and would love to incorporate that!
