Try demolition and salvage places. They can often refer you to refinishers too. I just bought a double bowl cast iron sink for $250 in pristine condition!

Locke Plumbing was our lifesaver in replacing the faucet in the American Kitchens cabinets & sink we bought off of NH Craigslist. A very fair price and quickly shipped.

Our plumber couldn't believe we had a new replacement.

We just replaced the faucet on our American Kitchens sink with one of these this year! The original faucet lasted 60 years of continual use...not bad.

NorthsideCJ, I think that you can replicate this flooring pretty well today - both Armstrong and Forbo offer TRUE linoleum. As for the wallpaper on the soffit, you know what I think of that!

I love this kitchen.....if only there were better flooring choices available today. And where is the oven/stove/range? This is pretty much the look I went for in my kitchen. (Minus the red floor and the drool-worthy drainboard sink) Not sure about that wall paper for the soffit though.

We are actually on this site to see what we could find and we just recently removed this sink from our kitchen. We still have all of it though. Down to the cabinets and countertop. We really loved it, but my uncle insisted on an upgrade.

Aluminum would be good. I was planning on a dishmaster but this combo might be nice too. Thanks Pam!

Joe, as far as I know, no one makes these porcelain-on-cast-iron drainboard sinks anymore. You'd have to find these vintage (try historichouseparts.com), or, go for aluminum from Elkay (see Countertops section in the Fast & East box).

So, are the drainboard sinks still available somewhere? That would make a nice setup with my soon to be install Geneva kitchen.
