Oh Alice, I do believe I have that green tile! The one that looks like a match is by American Olean. Do you know if that is the right brand? I know you are thinking of tiling the upper part of the walls too, but I would use a cream tile — perhaps to match the trim. I also can’t help but think how my peacock wallpaper might look, even though the burst of color on the paper is a bit more blue. Check out my auctions by searching by user name: theamishdisco. And here’s one of my secrets… The vintage wallpaper I have for my kitchen is pink and greenish aqua on a dark brown background. After it’s up, I plan to use a colored pencil to make the green more blue-ish so that it matches the rest of my aqua. Hahah…(evil but insightful laugh).
