If you are looking for authentic vintage mid century table legs — for a new project or as a replacement on your dinette, for example –you can get these from World of Tile, too. They stock a large variety of table legs — all authentic inventory spanning as far back as 1957.
World of Tile also has hairpin table legs in a number of sizes and styles.

OMG this is the best timing ever!! My new house is filled with odd bits and pieces of mid century furniture and some needing repairs. I can’t tell you how excited I am to see this post!!
Is there anything this place doesn’t have?? Amazing.
I second that!!! What a find!
Table legs. Who woulda thunk it?
YES!!!
Would they opposed to some of us just moving in there? I promise to dust every night.
Sweet, hairpin legs! And in a variety of styles. Outstanding.
Wow!!! This is exciting news but I must say that my husband will not be happy to hear about the projects I have in mind! Haaa…. Thanks so much.
Alright, I was enamored by this place with all that beautiful tile. But now with these lovely legs, I’m floored (pun intended). Really wishing I lived in NJ.
Hi. Thanks for this great find. I have a small bookcase with the Danish style leg that ends in a metal cap that is like the wood ones with the gold end caps in the left upper corner of this photo. I’m missing one of the caps. Does anyone know what they are called and where I can find a replacement cap? Thanks!
I have the same problem, just bought a Danish-modern knock-off coffee table that’s missing a gold color, perhaps brass, cap on one of the leg ends. Did anyone reply to you or did you find that this co. found you the one you needed?
Thanks!
Oh MAN! I totally need those for our five-panel-door-turned-dining-room-table project!
Holy cow this place has everything!
Yes, I am milking my visit for all it’s worth! World of Tile Week at Retro Renovation!
OK that does it. I’m ready to jump in my car and drive 5 hours from Fairfax, VA. Oy, why do you tempt us so.
OMG! I’m ready to buy a plane ticket! This place truly is manna from MCM heaven!
Well, I might not actually make it to this store, but this post has helped me realize that I can replace some coffee table legs that I don’t like all that well with something I like better. (Uh, but maybe I can only find something I like better at this store…)
Wow! ALL KINDS of retro MCM awesomeness! Those legs are something else! That seems funny to type out when I look at it, but you all know what I mean.
For those members here who would like to order – I suspect Tile World ships? I don’t need anything, just thinking of my fellow man.
Sorry – World of Tile.
This store is great! Besides flooring and bathroom fixtures, they have quite the assortment of random odds and ends. For instance, next to the display of hairpin legs is a GIANT pizza oven. The 1st picture has part of it shown; it’s all ceramic and is beautiful (I believe Chippy said it was imported from Italy). It was really hard leaving with JUST the flooring we needed…
a pizza oven????? my mom asked if it was a heating stove of some kind. I NEED THIS!
OMG! Totally awesome! Just what I’m looking for…I have a blonde 2-tier table I want to make into a makeup table and longer legs are just what I need! Plus a step table with faux marble formica tops that would make a darling little computer desk! Oh, yay!!!!!
Awesome find, Pam!
Just stumbled across your site looking for some replacement legs for a dresser I’ve got. The legs that are currently on it are 4 1/4″ cone legs. I’m missing one leg. By chance do you have one leg available for sale?
Thanks and keep up this excellent website!
I do not sell anything here — you need to refer to the retailers I feature…
Did anyone ever find out where you can find the gold replacement caps for the wood mid century legs?
not that I know of, Genevieve. I’ll keep my eye out…
I so wish Genevieve! I really can’t complete my dry bar until I find a brass replacement cap. And I’ve looked everywhere! All I can find is replacement legs… If I have to end up buying 4 legs that doesn’t make my bargain find a real bargain any more.
I also need the end caps for some chair legs. I can’t believe that no one sells them, it seems you can get pretty much get anything on the internet these days, but I have searched high and low and cannot find anything… ;(
whitechapel-ltd.com
vintagehardware.com
ebay – search brass toe caps or feet
vandykes.com
ace hardware near me also has the same toe caps that are on the waddell legs, sold by packs of 4 for about $10
I also got a small piece of brass that can be wrapped around & glued or soldered together from ace hardware – the one I got is about 12″x1.5″
Thanks for the site recommends. I’ve previously browsed vintagehardware.com and eBay, still haven’t found what I’m looking for though (maybe I’m being a little neurotic about this?!) I think I may just end up leaving the legs bare.
http://pampcoinc.com/about.html for furnture caps, called ferrules
Good and bad news. We struggled to find any quality toe caps ourselves. So we designed our own line of toe caps, solid brass, in six finishes. However, they are made specifically to fit our McCobb table legs. The chances of them being a perfect fit for your existing table legs is small.
