We took a look inside this wonderful 1938 time capsule Tudor house — original owner lived here at least 72 years. And guess what: Someone in San Francisco spotted it on the blog — they were in the market for a house in Portland — they rushed right up — and they bought it! They love all the original features and plan very minimal changes. Yes! We helped connect a reader to a time capsule house o’ their dreams. Woot!
