I have a late 40's metal sink cabinet that needs to leave my house because of a kitchen remodel. (My cabinets were site-built or I would have offered them too!) Our house was built in 1949 and I'm sure the sink is original to the kitchen.

It's in really good shape considering it's 60 years old! No dents or dings or that sort of thing. The enameled top could use a new coat of enamel and has a few chips - the largest is about the size of a dime - but it comes clean with a bit of bleach. A coat of paint probably wouldn't hurt either.

My husband just wants to sell it to Restoration Hardware but I thought it would be nice to sell it to someone who really wants it. After being used for so long, it would be a shame to see it go to waste.
