Cheryn, Barsandbooths.com has had this for years. I am certain you could find it elsewhere. Here is my post on where to find vinyl, they have a red marble, but it's not crackle ice and that is probably what you are looking for: http://retrorenovation.com/2009/06/02/where-to-find-vinyl-upholstery-fabric-with-the-vintage-naugahyde-look/

I love, love, love the design of your blog! Just came across it now. I am about to look at the vintage upholstery: I want a real retro design for my very curvaceous slipper chair.

But I just want to add: a tiny vintage second-hand shop in my town currently has a chair with an original Alexander Calder design on the fabric! The fabric is a little worn, but the design is wonderful. It is grey background with some pinks. The colours won't work in my place (and I'm not a pink gal), and not crazy about the chair, but the pattern is marvellous.
