Kitty Mommy saw Mr. Bartlett’s vintage Armstrong linoleum floor yesterday – and sent in the very same pink version that’s in place in her master bathroom. You can also see a bit of her pink American Standard toilet. Those of you with vintage inlaid linoleum in good shape – are so very lucky!

Kate recently contacted me looking for help in finding a home for this wonderful midcentury linoleum flooring. We are slowly redoing our house which was built in 1890. I have uncovered laminate sheet that is black, white, light grey, dark grey, and salmon pink It has elongated diamond approx 6-3/4 inches per side. We have 16 feet x12 feet of it.

This looks like the web site to find someone who would really be happy to find this. I am not sure what to do now but I do not want to destroy something that would make another person really happy to have.

We are in  Shiremanstown just outside of, Harrisburg, PA. Attached are some fab pics for you. We have it rolled up. It is not very clean but someone who feels the love for it might know what to do without damaging it. We have a pink bathroom set too. Toilet, sink, tub, it is not ready for a new home yet but will be soon!

I’ve seen only one linoleum “rug” in person, before. This “plastic rug” looks very cool and could be a fun buy especially for someone within driving distance of Mishawaka, Ind.
