Pam, when Disney decided to remove the “House of the Future”, it was so tough, the wreaking ball just bounced off of it! That makes me both chuckle and wince at the same time. Think of all that hard plastic from the last 50 years, just filling up landfills, never rotting, never degrading. But I heard a while ago that scientists had found a bacteria that loves to eat plastic. Ironic isn’t it, science discovers a near indestructible material so that half a century later science can find a way to destroy it. That’s life in the future for you.
