Between the master bedroom and bath, we spotted a decorative privacy screen. The screen appears to have four panels that run in two tracks and can be arranged so the opening is on either side, in the middle or close off the room entirely. What a lovely, versatile design element.
In both the living room and master bedroom, stacked block walls add interest through texture with a monochromatic, geometric accent wall.
I spotted another fun functional bit of decor in the home’s Hollywood Regency-fabulous dining room.
The chandelier over the dining table is a miniature hot air balloon. I love it!
Mega thanks to reader Trixi for the tip and to realtors Mike Johnson and Paul Kaplan and photographer Chadwick Turner for letting us feature this fabulous property on our website.

This home is absolutely beautiful, and I agree with Norma in that Joan Crawford is all over that living room! LOL! The green accents in the living room are so vibrant and fun. Another terrific Time Capsule home! I think that we can all agree that the privacy screens are as functional as they are eye-catching. The screens are definitely a great decorating idea for me. Last, but certainly not least, is that stunning view from every window…WOW!!! Thank you so much for sharing this home!
