First, though, I heard from Shelly, who wrote:
I forced my husband & our “young adult” boys to partake in making the Putz houses last year on Christmas Day. We ended up having so much fun and made it a contest! This year even though I have not started my Christmas shopping yet, I am excitedly shopping for items for this year’s houses that we plan to make again! Thank you for starting a family tradition!!!
Merry merry, Shelly, this email made be sooooo happy — it’s so nice to think we’ve helped launch a family tradition!
I’ve made four of your patterns over the last two weeks with plans for 3-5 more. I used my Silhouette Cameo [Pam added Amazon affiliate link] to cut the patterns for me. Thanks for providing them!

I have a confession to make. I’ve never made on. Once I clear the decks I plan to deck the halls. Will it be possible to entice my own weebit into the action? To date, one of the ways she has individuated is by dismissing all my crafty entreaties. But maybe now she’s old enough to bite. We’ll see.
I’m so happy that Katiedoodle came up with the idea for these putz houses!
