My wallpaperer came up for air. So we are working together to finish wallpapering (grassclothing) the ceiling of the Mahalo Lounge. Oh, and there are a bunch of men with heavy machinery here today taking down all the trees in the back forty. And, I made a four-hour round-trip Monday to buy a 1986 Kitchenaid dishwasher. Which is still in the back of my Escape.
When will I come up for air? Wish me luck!

Er, I know it’s a bit late, but shouldn’t one re-do a room from top to bottom? (gravity being ever-present…)

Sandra, Pam had most for the components for her tiki bar LR when she started but the ceiling wallpaper came to her serendipitously on a trip out West. This was after the marathon dentil painting last summer. And after she’d decided on another wallpaper that good enough, just not perfect.
Yeah, it’s been quite the ride.

When we bought our 1926 home, it came with late 1970’s Kitchen Aid Dishwasher. It still runs like a champ, only a few broken spindles and a bit of missing vinyl coating. I hope it never gives out, I do not like the new dishwashers and their silverware holders, and other configurations. Can’t beat the Hobart made Kitchen Aid products.
