Nathan recommends reproduction Converse tennis shoes

My search for authentic reproduction 40s 50s 60s and 70s baubles and bling continues onward (if you subscribed to my weekly newsletter, you’d know). Reader Nathan recommends:
Hey Pam!
We’re hot in the throws of finalizing our kitchen remodel. I should be finalizing the marmoleum, arpa, (Sherwin Williams) paint schema tomorrow with our remodeler. It will be cool! Anyway, back to the retro bling topic – What do you do if you’ve been looking for retro tennies for ages, to no avail? Well, you call the right person and happen to find out that Converse will do custom colors, and you have ‘em made (attached). Nevermind that horrible flooring in the picture…it will soon be gone

Hey Nathan, thank you! We can’t wait to see the kitchen, but meanwhile we’ll settle for that shot of your feet. Don’t hurt yourself taking photos for Retro Renovation, now!

Converses are sooo hip these days!
I love chucks, but I’m also a huge fan of my hi-top reproduction PF Flyers. Scored them on sale, they’re all leather and SOOOO cool.
Couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw my 2 year old grandson wearing black Converse hi-tops. I’m so out of touch; the last time I remember seeing those was on the 1965 high school basketball team (though I’m not sure those were Converse)!!!
