When I was a kid, my next-door neighbor had a sofa like this. Actually, her entire living room, probably 20×40, was filled with “sofas” like this. Hers were just a darker version of this color. I babysat her kids a lot and we would make the most killer forts out of those big square cushions. Best fort-making sofa cushions ever.

I live just 3 miles from Retro Vegas. I was admiring that dinnette for my 1965 home with the soon to be yellow kitchen. Alas, I am poor and must make do with the garage sales. I love browsing at Retro Vegas for inspiration. There is also a mid mod store across the street, Viva Hollywood. Way cool.

Growing up, our dinette set was just like this but the chairs were black.
