I grew up in the 50’s & 60’s and those era are still my favorite when it comes to décor. I also have a secret. Shhhh, don’t tell anyone. I love to color! Love the smell of crayons & a new coloring book.

I totally would color these… and probably make them into framed art or even use them as templates for tile designs. Who knows? But they look like so much fun!

I love coloring with and without my kids. It’d be nice to have some coloring books for myself that I can protect from their scribbles LOL!

I would DEFINITELY color in this books! Are you kidding asking this question? This would so release and relieve some of my frustration at not owning, renting or being able to DIY a fantastic retro home!

I have pens, markers, colored pencils, crayons, oil pastels, even some paints that are just crying out: “Please! Please! Please let us help her color in those fantastic books!”

    😉

I love to color with my daughters in their books so it would be great to have my very own “grown up” coloring books!

Coloring books are a guilty pleasure for me. At times when I am drained artistically, they bring me back to the basics- crayon and paper, grounding me. Put mid-century in the mix, and well, this is a formula for some relaxing with a bit of inspiration for future interior creations!

My favorite thing that Santa left in my Christmas stocking at my grandparents house was a new coloring book and box of crayons. I have a nice big box of 64 colors down in my craft room right now. I would definitely color these myself because well, my Schnauzers don’t have opposable thumbs.

What could be more relaxing than coloring?
