If our family was lucky enough to win, “Felix” would have pride of place in our 1954 kitchen. There our two normally quite naughty little 21st century boys could be hypnotized by those eyes and tail every morning and transformed through parental mind-control into acting like the Beave and Opie.

I would definitely hang it in the kitchen! We used to have one of these years ago in our kitchen when I was young(er) and I remember all the times I sat at the kitchen table watching that tail swish back and forth as I ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Just seeing it brings back lots of great memories of my grandparents and those wonderful home cooked meals.

Our family just moved into an adorable 1942 cape. The house has been meticulously maintained by the family since it was new, most things in the home are all original such as the glass door knobs. We even have a pink bathroom!! I fell in love with it at first sight and while surfing the web regarding pink bathrooms a couple of weeks ago, I happened upon retro-renovation and so glad I did!! I would love to hang this clock in our kitchen, or at the end of the hallway. What a excellent vintage touch that would add to our new little home. Thanks for the opportunity to win such a cool prize!

I first saw this clock at my Aunt Maxine’s house, way back in the 1950’s. I still remember the delight of watching it. I was mesmerized, and fascinated. I’ve always wanted one for my house.
