This would be the most perfectly cheerful light source to illuminate the gloomy corner of my 1962 paneled living room during the dark Pacific Northwest Winters. Happy Anniversary Lava Lamp!
Denise says
would probably have to put this in the bedroom…it’s the only place the cats can’t knock it donw & break it!!
January says
I would put it in the living room where I could see it every day!
Mrs. Elizabeth Walters says
I am restoring a beautiful 1965 house to its former glory, so the house and lava lamp could celebrate their 50th birthdays together!
Jan says
Oh, yeah! I’d have to put mine smack in the front room, so I could see it whenever I come home! Cool stuff!

I remember seeing a Lava Lite for the first time when I was a kid and being totally fascinated with it. Of course my parents did not like it at all so I had to wait until I was older to actually get one. I would really enjoy winning this one!

When I think of my home growing up in the 60’s and 70’s, I just smile! Seeing my very own lava lamp everyday will simply transport me to that wonderful time and place!! And I can’t wait to share those times and well cared for things with my future grandchildren!! I know they will just love my fun lava lamp the best!!
Diane Stemple says
I’ve been working with a grandson who, by all patterns, shows definate signs of high level ADHD. Im trying focusing and meditation techniques with sucess but then he goes home where time is limited to imploy my methods. After seeing the lava lamp, just now, a “light bulb” went off. Why not try the calming effect of a lava lamp? Plus, he’d be facinated
Camille Morgan says
The lava lamp was the only thing that got me thru hideous piano lessons as a child from an old crazy woman! Seriously, it was the only thing that saved me!
Emily says
I would love one in my office to gaze into while deep in thought!
