I would use the lava lamp in my twin grandsons bedroom. They love to come visit Mimi & Grandpa and have sleepovers! A Lava Lamp would make it even cooler!!!

I started collecting Lava Lamps about 15 years ago and the only one i dont have is an old or old looking one. I have recently remodeled my kitchen with Geneva metal cabinets from my grandmothers farmhouse after restoring them and this Lava lamp would go perfectly on a stand alone cabinet in my kitchen. Thanks for the contest.

Lava lamps are still cool after all these years! I can see putting one in my bedroom so I can be mesmerized watching it as I drift off to sleep. Good luck everyone!! and thanks Pam for the opportunity to win a lava lamp.

I would put this in the 1971 mobile home I’m renovating into a home office. I have a Marvin the Martian lava lamp, but love the look of this one.

My older sister had one in her room growing up in the 70’s and it brings back fond memories of listening to the Beatles with her — as long as I was quiet and didn’t bounce around dancing too much!

Our swanky and fabulous retro lounge has everything but a Lava Lamp – this might be our lucky chance to make the room complete!

My last lava lamp I had given to my daughter, 15 years ago. Then 14, she was roller skating in her room, against my advice, and knocked into the lava lamp. It broke in pieces on the tile floor. Although I was angry at her, we quickly found the experience to be “science!” when we learned the content (and the amazing mess) inside a lava lamp. Oh my! We all still tease her about it today. Would love to give her one for her own house now, which I doubt she allows any roller skating in. 🙂 Thanks n love your blog! Bunny
