It would join my other lava lamps in my living room; it would probably be displayed prominently in the corner, on the TV stand. It would be lovely.

I would proudly display a 50th Anniversary Lava Lamp in my home office next to my early 1970s vintage Fisher stereo receiver so that I could enjoy the various patterns the lamp makes while I relax and listen to good music.

I have a little cheesy one that I have on my nightstand. I watch it and it puts me to sleep. But I have bad dreams. I know if I win this farout lamp I will have nothing but groovy dreams. (And yes, that’s my real name)

I would love this cool lamp in my bedroom! On a small table next to a loveseat I have in there

I am so busy recreating the past… It is a total comfort thing for me. That is why I read every single word in the newsletter when it comes! Ah, the good old days huh? A lava lamp would be the cherry on top of my treasured memories! LOVE mid-century!
Ryan Seeley says
I’d put it in my Florida room with my vintage set of 1950’s bamboo furniture (couch, chairs & tables). It would look fabulous with that furniture, looking out onto the lanai and pool area!
Kim H says
I would proudly display this on my desk- which I am at all the time- I had one of these when I was in high school and it was always on!
Mary Anne S says
My 33 year old son had a lava lamp in high school, unfortunately we broke it in a move. If I win this light I will send it to him.
Marcia says
My folks had one of the yellow-with-red-blobs lava lites on the fireplace mantle in the early 70s in their 1970s house. I would love to continue the tradition and put one in the living room of the 70s house I now live in.
Carla S says
I would use the lava lamp in the livingroom on my desk. I had a blue lavalamp when I was a teenager.
