Several Christmas’ ago I gave my daughters each an inexpensive lava lamp for their rooms, when their mom and I split my youngest gave me hers for our living room at our house, it broke in the last move :/ LOL we would display and use this in our living room 🙂

I used to have one growing up, would be cool to win this one!
Doris says
I would use the lava lamp on my bedside, of course.
Amy A Griswold says
I would place it on my 1963 Motorola console stereo in the living room for all to see!!
Farm out!!
Jeanne Swartz says
I never owned one of these, but was always fascinated by them. I’d put it in our bedroom. The yellow and purple look like they would compliment our color scheme perfectly – and add so much to the mood!
Howard Wood says
Most of our house is vintage but our living room is our showcase room. The lava lamp would take a place of honor either on our vintage Blaupunkt radio/bar or our mid century wall length bar!
Jessie T. Stepanian says
I would display my new lava lamp in a spot where I can see it anywhere in my living room!
CC Chapman says
Obviously this would have to go in the bedroom, baby!

to choose one room for would be impossible. For me, lava lamps were something to be envied…..everyone else who was someone had one. Me, the daughter of European immigrants, where we had the old world doilies (yes, I love them dearly) and the lace curtains and “practicality” that was more of a frugal nature….Nice, but not groovy.
Winning this would be so boss.
