As far as we know, Georgia Peachez was the pioneer of the vintage ornament wreath, and has honed her craft to perfection. There’s nothing quite like an original GeorgiaPeachez creation!
In the last few years, she’s even started creating non-wreath vintage goodies, such as arrangements made in vintage vessels like head vases, retro toys and Christmas ceramics, as well as dioramas made using the vintage ornament boxes. - To win, you must be a subscriber to our newsletter (Yes, this is “what’s in it for the blog” — you can opt out at any time after the contest ends, or continue on for the stories and because our goal is to schedule a giveaway every two weeks.)
- To enter, use the Comment field on this post below and tell us what is your favorite part of the holiday season. Or whatever, we’re easy.
- One entry per person. U.S. lower 48 states only.
- Entries close on Monday, Nov. 30, around 5 p.m. Eastern — that is, we will close the Comments field at that time.
- Prize: There will be one winner. The winner will receive the vintage ornament wreath pictured above, made by the GeorgiaPeachez.
- Pam will choose the winners via the Random Number Generator at random.org. We will email each person. I love everything about Christmas. I love watching my four kids (that includes my husband) decorate the tree. I love watching the kids smile as we sing Christmas songs, often switching up words to match our family. I love Christmas morning breakfast casserole and orange rolls. I love laughing with my husband as we attempt to put lights up on the house exterior. I am soooo very thankful for my parents and family laying such a solid foundation to love Christmas.

The Sheboygan County Historical Society was able to score the H.C. Prange window displays from when people really did “window shop” and we were lucky enough to view it when it premiered.
My memories are of all 8 grades at my parochial school starting to practice the Christmas Eve service in Oct. One year was an ambitious contata from St. Luke with 8 part harmony.
And I remember the year we got a “flocked” tree and a color wheel(?) to shine onto it. High living, that.

Winter is my favorite season. I adore snow. There are very few things more peaceful and enriching for me than sitting near the decorated Christmas tree late at night, with snow falling outside. The aroma of the tree, the gentle glow and sometimes twinkling of lights, and the gentle silence snow brings.
Many love the gift giving, the socializing, caroling, and baking, and these are all wonderful things to celebrate and be grateful for, but I love the peace. No other seasons brings it like this.

My favorite part of Christmas is all of the memories made when I was little. I gravitate towards the retro because it reminds me of when I was young. I love the Christmas tree too.

Not sure what my favorite part is. My (new) husband and I have been house hunting since June (houses have become incredibly expensive and keep going up!). We were so close to a house when the deal fell apart (3 days after my mom died). We’re looking for an older home and this wreath would be a wonderful house warming gift (or pre-house warming!). Something to take a little of the sting out. For sure we’d remember when we won it…
