Update: Congratulation to Richard, the happy winner of this wreath giveaway. His number came up in the random. Thanks, everyone, for playing, and super thanks to Suzy for helping with this giveaway this year! ENTRIES NOW CLOSED.
Howdy, hudee — it’s time for our most awaited yearly giveaway on the blog: One lucky winner will win this gorgeous vintage ornament wreath, handcrafted by the Queen o’ Ornament Wreaths, the original trendsetter, the talented Suzy a.k.a. GeorgiaPeachez herself! These wreaths sell out fast in GeorgiaPeachez’s shop, so this is your chance to get one of these coveted creations for yourself. Note: What with Pam’s trip to Pittsburgh and Thanksgiving upon us, we will be taking next week off. Happy happy, everyone — see you on the 30th.
As far as we know, Georgia Peachez was the pioneer of the vintage ornament wreath, and has honed her craft to perfection. There’s nothing quite like an original GeorgiaPeachez creation!
In the last few years, she’s even started creating non-wreath vintage goodies, such as arrangements made in vintage vessels like head vases, retro toys and Christmas ceramics, as well as dioramas made using the vintage ornament boxes. You can see a lot of her adorable creations on GeorgiaPeachez’s Facebook page. Bottom line, we just luv this lady!

I love sitting first thing in the morning before the sun is up with a cup of coffee in hand and my dog Toby next to me and just the lights of my Christmas tree on….a time to reflect and give thanks for my family and all I have been blessed with over the years 🙂
Karen Freed says
My favorite part of Christmas is the decorating since I’ve finally managed to collect enough vintage/retro Christmas items! My tree is all Jewelbrite ornaments including the topper and I took an old Paint by Number that was damaged and cut out ornaments from it until my tree was full enough! I loved the reactions from friends and family. Priceless!

My favorite part of the holidays is our annual white elephant exchange. It’s stress free and we spend the whole evening laughing!

I love mailing and receiving Christmas cards. I carefully choose my cards each year around Thanksgiving, and send them out early. I still get excited to see the mailman coming up the walk with cards and packages for me!!!

The best part of my holiday season is the celebration of our Lord Jesus Christ’s birthday.

My favorite part of the holidays are getting out all of my Christmas decorations and decking out the house! I have many items from when I was a kid. I used to just sit and stare at the things like a kid does. My mom loved Christmas and always made it super special for all 6 of us kids! Love and miss you both mom and dad.
