A Lustron house for sale — and I spy: a renovated kitchen that includes Retro Renovation® by Wilsonart® Rock ‘n Roll Ruby boomerang laminate countertops. It’s so nice to see this yummy red boomerang countertop in this cute historic house! Our laminate collection was introduced a little over a year ago. There are seven colorways. Kate and I were super happy with the way Rock ‘n Roll Ruby turned out — these photos make me like it even more.

Oooh: Look closely at the open wall cabinet — looks like our laminate was used as backing there, too, to give even more pizazz to the dinnerware on display. Great idea!

There was a post on retro-renovation 2-3 years ago that featured a photo of various retro countertop laminates. It was with an article about someone who had come across a whole set of brand new (still in their boxes) metal cabinets. I have a Lustron and I need to know if there’s a way to order a specific countertop style I saw in the “retro-renovation” photo for my pass-through cabinet countertop in my Kitchen.

There is a Lustron for sale here (Hays, KS) that is so tempting. It’s not pristine (lower cabinets have been replaced), but it’s pretty good, especially for as cheap as it is. It is not in completely original condition, but nicely done and I think it is well worth posting more photos of it. It won’t be online for too long and it is well staged in a retro-modern style.
